Returns & Exchange Policy

Eligible Products for Returns



We accept returns only for Handbags (Potlis and Clutches) and Accessories (Headbands, Earrings, Necklaces, Bracelets, etc.)

Please note, Apparels (Shirts, Co-ord Sets, Dresses, etc) are not eligible for returns as they are made-to-order to your preferences. We provide 4-inch margin in all our Apparels, please check the size chart before ordering.

 

How to Initiate a Return

Timeframe:

    • Returns must be initiated within 3 days of delivery.
    • After this period, orders will no longer be eligible for return.
  1. Steps:

    • Message us on WhatsApp with:
      • Order ID
      • Product Name
      • Reason for the return (optional)
  2. Pickup and Quality Check:

    • We will arrange a return pickup for your item.
    • Once the product reaches us, it will undergo a quality check.
    • If the product passes the quality check, we will issue a coupon code of the refund value.
    • A flat fee of ₹300 will be deducted as pickup charges, remaining amount will be issued as a coupon code.
    • The coupon code is valid for 3 months and can be used on your next purchase.

Non-Returnable Conditions

  • Products that are used, damaged, or missing original packaging.
  • Returns initiated after 3 days of delivery.
