Shipping Details
Oonkai is a Made to Order store, all of our garments are made as and when we receive the order. We try our best to dispatch all of our Garments in 5-7 working days. To deliver the products at the earliest we only opt for Express shipping to deliver promptly.
For Accessories & Handbags we dispatch within 1-2 days.
Returns and Exchange
Eligible Products for Returns
We accept returns only for Handbags (Potlis and Clutches) and Accessories (Headbands, Earrings, Necklaces, Bracelets, etc.)
Please note, Apparels (Shirts, Co-ord Sets, Dresses, etc) are not eligible for returns as they are made-to-order to your preferences. We provide 4-inch margin in all our Apparels, please check the size chart before ordering.
How to Initiate a Return

Pickup and Quality Check:
- We will arrange a return pickup for your item.
- Once the product reaches us, it will undergo a quality check.
- If the product passes the quality check, we will issue a coupon code of the refund value.
- A flat fee of ₹300 will be deducted as pickup charges, remaining amount will be issued as a coupon code.
- The coupon code is valid for 3 months and can be used on your next purchase.
Non-Returnable Conditions
- Products that are used, damaged, or missing original packaging.
- Returns initiated after 3 days of delivery.

OONKAI is a Made to Order brand, therefore we charge 20% advance on all COD orders to confirm the order.
